Service Description
Our Primary and Secondary students researched their own choice of topics and are giving presentations in class before the STEAM Fair. The finalists from each class will give presentations in front of the parents and visitors at our STEAM Fair. This presentation will now be divided into the following three sections for reservation. Please choose the slot you would like to attend and make a reservation. <Saturday, 16th March> 10:00~11:00 Lower Primary (Y2-3) 11:20~12:20 Upper Primary (Y4-6) 14:00~15:00 Secondary (Y7-8) 15:45~16:00 Award ceremony *Finalists and their two parents only Please be aware of the following points for the presentations. - We have prepared two seats per presenting student for the family. Reservation is not required for this area so if your child is selected to be a finalist, please come directly to the hall. - Since our students have been preparing these presentations for several months, we would like to set age restrictions for little children. We are afraid that kindergarten children and younger are not able to join unless they are the siblings of the presenting students. - If children cry or become restless, we will kindly ask that you take them out of the room. - To ensure that students can concentrate on their presentations, please refrain from entering and exiting during each session. - Unless you are a family member of the presenting student, please refrain from taking photos or videos. - Admission to the Award Ceremony at the end of the day is restricted to two family members per finalist from each category. ローラス初等部・中等部の生徒たちは、自ら選んだトピックについて研究し、STEAM Fairに先立ってクラスでプレゼンテーションを行います。3月16日（土）のSTEAM Fairでは、各クラスのファイナリストが保護者や来場者の前でプレゼンテーションを行います！ 当プレゼンテーションのご予約を三つの枠に分けさせていただきます。ご観覧をご希望される部門の時間帯をお選びいただき、改めてご予約いただきますようお願いいたします。 <3/16(土)> 10:00~11:00 初等部低学年 (Y2-3) 11:20~12:20 初等部高学年 (Y4-6) 14:00~15:00 中等部 (Y7-8) 15:45~16:00 表彰式 *ファイナリスト及びその保護者2名のみ また、以下のご案内にもお目通しいただきますようお願いいたします。 - 当日発表する生徒のご家族席として、生徒1人辺り2席確保させていただきます。こちらのお席は予約不要となりますので、お子様がファイナリストに選ばれた場合は直接会場にお越しください。 - 生徒たちは何か月もかけてこのプレゼンテーションの準備をしておりますので、小さなお子様のご入場を制限させていただきます。恐れ入りますが小学生未満のお子様は発表者のご家族以外ご入場できませんのでご了承ください。 - お子様が泣いたりぐずったりされる場合はご退室いただきますようお願いいたします。 - 生徒が集中して発表を行えるよう、各回途中での入退場は、ご遠慮ください。 - ファイナリストのご家族様以外の観覧者による写真・動画撮影はご遠慮ください。 - 最後の表彰式へのご参加は、全カテゴリーのファイナリストのご家族2名ずつに制限させていただきます。
